Quinnipiac Meadows Eugene B. Fargeorge Nature Preserve, a varied habitat with excellent view of the lower Quinnipiac River, is always full of surprises. We have seen everything from Woodcock to Bald Eagles to Snow Geese, lots of fall migrants, wintering ducks, and more. We will be walking on flat surfaces. Go south on Quinnipiac Avenue from Route 80. Make a right at 1040 Quinnipiac Avenue, just past the railroad overpass. Go through the open gate onto the property.
